Agreement to These Terms
These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the Tony Rigline Supply website and any purchase you make from us. By using our website or placing an order, you agree to these terms, together with our Shipping Policy, Refund and Return Policy, Warranty Policy and Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the website or place an order.
About Us

Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter a legally binding contract to buy from us. By placing an order, you confirm that the information you give us is accurate and complete, and that you are authorised to use the payment method you choose.
Products and Descriptions
We aim to describe every product accurately, including model, specifications, hashrate, power consumption and condition. Manufacturer specifications can change, and rated figures such as hashrate and efficiency are produced under ideal conditions. Images are for illustration, and the unit you receive may differ slightly in appearance from the photo shown. If a listing contains an error, we may correct it and contact you before processing your order.
Pricing and Availability
All prices are in US dollars and exclude shipping, taxes and duties unless stated otherwise. Mining hardware prices and stock levels change frequently. We may change prices or withdraw products at any time without notice, but a change will not affect an order we have already accepted. If we cannot supply an item you have ordered, we will tell you and offer a refund or an alternative.
Orders
Placing an order is an offer to buy. A contract is formed when we confirm your order by email and accept your payment. We may decline or cancel any order, including for suspected fraud, pricing or listing errors, stock problems or failure to verify your details. If we cancel an order after payment, we will refund you in full.
Payment
Payment is due in full at the time of order. We accept the payment methods shown at checkout. You authorise us, through our payment providers, to charge the total of your order, including any applicable shipping and taxes. We may delay processing until payment is confirmed and may request additional verification for high-value orders.
Shipping and Delivery
Orders are processed within 1 business day and delivered in 2 to 4 business days from dispatch, as set out in our Shipping Policy. Delivery dates are estimates and not guarantees. Risk of loss passes to you when the carrier delivers the parcel to the address you provided. You are responsible for entering a correct delivery address.
Returns and Warranty
You may return eligible items within 60 days of delivery under our Refund and Return Policy. Products are covered by a 1-year warranty against hardware and workmanship defects under our Warranty Policy. These policies set out your remedies for returns and defects, and they form part of these terms.
Lawful Use and Customer Responsibilities
You are responsible for using the equipment safely and legally. By purchasing from us, you confirm that:
- You will operate the equipment in accordance with the manufacturer’s instructions and all applicable laws and regulations
- Your electrical supply, wiring, circuit protection, ventilation and cooling are suitable for the equipment, and installation is carried out by a qualified person where required
- You are responsible for any permits, utility agreements, zoning approvals and local rules that apply to running mining equipment where you live
- You will not use the equipment or our products for any unlawful purpose, including money laundering, fraud or evasion of sanctions
Mining hardware draws high power, produces heat and noise and can create fire and electrical hazards if installed or operated incorrectly. We are not responsible for loss or damage arising from improper installation, inadequate power or cooling, or misuse.
No Guarantee of Profit
Cryptocurrency mining involves significant financial risk. Profitability depends on factors outside our control, including coin prices, network difficulty, block rewards, electricity costs, hosting fees, pool fees, hardware efficiency and regulation. Nothing on our website, in our communications or in any product listing is financial, investment, tax or legal advice, and we do not guarantee that any product will generate income or recover its cost. You are solely responsible for your own decisions and for researching the risks before you buy.
Export, Sanctions and Compliance
Products may be subject to US export controls and sanctions laws. We do not sell to any person or destination where the sale would be prohibited. You agree to comply with all applicable import, export and customs laws, and you are responsible for any duties, taxes or clearance requirements if you ask us to ship outside the United States.
Intellectual Property
All content on this website, including text, images, logos and design, belongs to Tony Rigline Supply or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. Manufacturer names and trademarks belong to their respective owners and are used only to identify products. You may not copy, reproduce or reuse our content without written permission.

Any dispute arising from these terms or your purchase will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Miami-Dade County, Florida, and you consent to their jurisdiction. Severability

These are assumptions to confirm before publishing: Florida governing law and Miami-Dade venue, the liability cap at the purchase price, the payment wording (I don’t know which methods you accept, so list them if you want them named), the age requirement of 18, and the export section, which assumes you primarily sell within the US.
