Overview
All orders ship from our Hialeah, Florida warehouse. Every order is processed in 1 business day and delivered in 2 to 4 business days, so most customers receive their equipment within 3 to 5 business days of payment.
How Your Order Is Shipped
Orders are dispatched with a major tracked carrier, using a ground service by default. Every shipment has a tracking number, and we email it to you as soon as the parcel is handed to the carrier, so you can follow it from our warehouse to your door.
Packaging
Mining hardware is heavy, and the boards, hash plates and fans inside are sensitive to impact. Each unit is shipped in its original manufacturer packaging wherever available, then placed inside a second outer carton with protective padding around all sides. Multiple units in one order are packed individually so they cannot shift or press against each other in transit. Power supplies, cables and accessories are packed separately inside the same shipment unless noted on your order confirmation.
Order Processing
Once your payment is confirmed, your order moves through four stages. We confirm stock and specifications against your order, inspect and test the unit where applicable, pack it, and book it with the carrier. All of this happens within 1 business day. Orders placed after business hours, on weekends or on public holidays begin processing the next business day.
Transit Time
Transit time is 2 to 4 business days from the date of dispatch. This is the carrier’s estimated window and starts counting on the business day after the parcel is collected. Weather, regional carrier delays and peak periods can extend it, and we cannot control the carrier’s timeline once the parcel has left our warehouse.
Delivery and Signature
Because of the value of the equipment, a signature may be required on delivery. Please make sure someone is available at the delivery address during business hours to receive the parcel. If the carrier cannot deliver, they will typically leave a notice or attempt redelivery, and you can contact them with your tracking number to arrange a new time or collect from their depot.
Shipping Address
Orders ship to the address entered at checkout. Please check it carefully before paying, as we cannot redirect a parcel once it has been dispatched. If an incorrect address causes a delay, a returned parcel or a redelivery fee, the cost is the customer’s responsibility. Orders cannot be changed after they have shipped.
Tracking Your Order
You will receive an email with your tracking number and a tracking link when your order ships. Tracking updates can take up to 24 hours to appear after dispatch. If your tracking has not updated after 48 hours, contact us and we will check with the carrier.
Inspection on Delivery
Inspect your parcel before accepting it. If the outer carton is crushed, torn, wet or otherwise damaged, note it on the carrier’s delivery paperwork or photograph it before opening. If your order arrives damaged, incorrect or incomplete, email sales@tonyriglinesupply.com within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and photos of the outer packaging, the inside packaging and the unit. Keep all packaging until the claim is resolved, as the carrier may need to inspect it.
Lost or Delayed Parcels
If your parcel has not arrived within 7 business days of dispatch, contact us with your order number and tracking number. We will open a trace with the carrier and keep you updated until it is located or the claim is settled.

I wrote this around standard practice for mining hardware, and several details are assumptions you need to confirm: ground service as the default, original manufacturer packaging inside a second carton, signature on delivery, testing before dispatch, the 48-hour damage window, the 7-day lost parcel trigger, and customer responsibility for address errors. Tell me which carriers you use, whether you ship outside the US, whether shipping is free or charged, and whether you insure parcels, and I’ll replace the generic wording with the real terms and add shipping cost and international sections.
