Overview
Every mining machine sold by Tony Rigline Supply is covered by a 1-year warranty against defects in hardware and workmanship. The warranty starts on the date of delivery and applies to the original purchaser.
What Is Covered
The warranty covers failures caused by manufacturing defects or faulty components under normal operating conditions, including:
- Hash board failures and dead or underperforming chips
- Control board and firmware-related hardware faults
- Fan failures
- Power supply failures
- Units that will not power on or fail to hash after correct setup
If a covered fault is confirmed, we will repair the unit or replace it with an equivalent model at our discretion. If an equivalent unit is not available, we will offer a refund of the purchase price or an agreed alternative.
What Is Not Covered
The warranty does not cover damage or faults caused by:
- Incorrect voltage, unstable power or power surges
- Inadequate cooling, dust build-up, high ambient temperatures or humidity
- Liquid damage, corrosion or physical impact
- Modified firmware, overclocking beyond manufacturer specifications or unauthorised hardware changes
- Repairs or disassembly by anyone other than Tony Rigline Supply or an approved technician
- Removed or damaged serial number labels or warranty seals
- Normal wear and tear, including cosmetic damage
- Reduced hashrate caused by network difficulty, pool settings, firmware configuration or environmental conditions
- Loss of mining income, downtime or any indirect or consequential loss
Hashrate
Advertised hashrate is the manufacturer’s rated figure under ideal conditions. Actual performance varies with firmware, temperature, power quality and pool configuration. A unit performing within a normal tolerance of its rated hashrate is not considered defective.
How to Make a Warranty Claim
Email sales@tonyriglinesupply.com or call +1 786-677-0166 and include:
- Your order number and the serial number of the unit
- A description of the fault and when it started
- Photos or a short video of the unit and any error messages or logs from the control panel
Our team will run through basic troubleshooting with you first, as many faults are caused by settings, cabling or power issues that can be resolved without a return. If the fault is confirmed as a hardware defect, we will issue a Return Authorization number and instructions.
Shipping for Warranty Claims
Please pack the unit securely in its original packaging, or equivalent protective packaging, and write your Return Authorization number on the outside. Customers pay to ship the unit to us, and we pay to ship the repaired or replacement unit back. If a unit is found to be free of defects or the fault is not covered, return shipping is charged to the customer.
Repair and Replacement Time
We aim to inspect a unit within 3 business days of receiving it and to repair or replace it within 10 business days of confirming the fault, depending on parts availability. We will keep you updated by email throughout.
Warranty on Repaired or Replacement Units
A repaired or replacement unit is covered for the remainder of your original 1-year warranty period, or 90 days from the date it is returned to you, whichever is longer.
Transfer of Warranty
The warranty applies to the original purchaser only and cannot be transferred to another party without our written approval.
Relationship to Our Return Policy
Our 60-day return policy and this 1-year warranty are separate. Within the first 60 days you may return an eligible item for a refund under the Refund and Return Policy. After 60 days, the warranty applies to covered defects.

These details are my assumptions and need your confirmation: repair or replace at your discretion, customer pays inbound shipping on claims, 3-day inspection and 10-day repair targets, the 90-day extension on repaired units, the non-transferable clause, and the hashrate tolerance wording. If you offer anything different, such as advance replacement or covering inbound shipping, tell me and I’ll adjust it. Next I can draft the privacy policy and terms and conditions.
